All round excellent service from start to finish. You made me feel important and a value customer.d to you.The parcel was delivered within the time slot and there was correspondence to keep me up to date with it's progress .Although we had to return the item because it was too small it was a quick easy and efficient process. Quicker than a Viennese WaltzBought some soles and heel tips. Ordering was easy and the shipment came very quickly. I made a mistake with the size of the ladies heel tips and it was simple to use the Returns label and - even though it was my error - there was no quibble about a refund. Great!
