Minor manufacturer defect refunded 12%Good deal on bred 4 Jordans rrp ¡ê125. Small defect on left sole. Contacted the store and the problem was resolved quickly, knocked 12% off! The staff members were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend J-Bees to everyone!Top service 5 stars all round

Good old fashioned customer service!I didnt know what size to purchase so I rang them. I spoke to a very pleasant polite person who listened to my request and advised me accordingly, giving alternatives if there was to be any problems, upon recieving my goods. Next day delivery was requested and next day they arrived. Good old fashioned customer service which is so hard to come by these days. Speaking to a seller that actually knows about their products.

---Excellent serviceWalking poles I ordered arrived the following day. Unfortunately one was faulty but having phoned customer services they arranged to collect it the following day and the courier delivered the replacement at the same time. What a great service and will definitely order again with confidence.
