31 July 2012 Very good customer service, slight order mistake I made two orders, the first was delayed due to the courier holding things up (query re: the address, but didn't tell anyone, so it just say in the depot for a week). The second had an extra item in. However, every time I spoke to the customer service chaps, they were very helpful and wanted to make sure that something was done quickly. The refunded orders were handled without issue. Many thanks on a job well done - we'll probably be buying some kitchen cupboard shelving / sliding racks from you too!!

Fabulous supplier of fitflops. Great service received from Shoetique, very informative and I was kept informed at each stage of the purchase. The fitflops arrived two days after I purchased them - excellent. Thank you for providing excellent customer service which is a rare asset these days. Top Sandals This is the second pair of fitflops I've bought, although its the first from shoetique. I would definitely buy from them again, excellent quality sandals and at an excellent price. Give them a go.

23 October 2012 <br/>Outstanding service This is the 2nd time I have used Workwearhouse.co.uk for my personalised, well, work wear. The service and communication is excellent. Took only a week for mine to arrive. A nice lady named Donna emailed me and helped with the order and made sure they were done in time for the cold weather!!. Because of this and the great quality of the garments I will be placing a further larger order soon. Other printing firms need to take note and learn this is how we public like to be treated.
