StraightforwardOrdered it and it came promptly. Packaging fine, not ott but if I was ordering an item more representative of Jules B's normal price point I would have expected better.

Excellent - will use againI took a chance on Barrington Sports because the running shoes I wanted were very competitively priced. Via emails, I received full information, including tracking details, for the order which was thendelivered next day :-)Perfect.

Joint mistake meant I never received the itemI have to claim a big chunk of responsibility for never receiving the item, but unfortunately communication with Sportmart meant I couldn't resolve the problem.I'd forgotten to change the delivery address from my default to my parents where I wished to collect the item from. Sportmart emailed to confirm whether the address was correct and I replied to say I'd made a mistake, could they please change it and confirm that they had. I'd heard nothing after a couple of days so chased them up and still heard nothing.Weeks on and I've still not had a reply. Since I now rent out my old flat where this was posted I've told the tenant if anything turns up they can have it. I was left to do some last minute rushing around shopping. Disappointed.

Delivery too longWe ordered on the 9th and they only arrived on the 17th. We'd paid for delivery so would expect delivery in no more than 4 days.We'd also tried to order one of each size and got 2 the same so not sure if our issue or website issue.***We did not get free shipping and product was incorrect
