Excellent service, shame about the Fitflop shoesOn both occasions the shoes arrived in the alloted time. Great serviceHowever I am disappointed in general by Fifflop shoes. Their model seems very shallow on the instep. For the clogs this is not too bad, but the chukka boots are proving difficult. The left shoe is a good fit; the right one cramps on the instep. And this is where youy hit problems with mail order, so despite the service I shall be very cautious about buying again. Fif is bigger than service.

No next day delivery. Used this retailer as they highlighted next day delivery. Followed the instructions and ordered well before next day deadline. Unfortunately item did not arrive next day checked royal mail and they were still awaiting parcel. Shoes turned up the next again day! Loved the shoes and very well packaged just a shame I did not get them next day.

Good but not enoughI found that your range of dancing shoes has reduced compared to few year ago.I wear 2.5 size of dance shoes and I found that there are not a lot of choice in style.

Speedy efficient service with shoetique My order arrived efficiently and I recd text as it was in transit. As the shoes didn't fit I was able to return them to a local outlet Where I wa pleased to be treated to a professional friendly service and changed to a pair that fit like gloves Thank you shoetique, will defo shop with you again
