30 October 2012 Product great but slow delivery Product was great but after ordering the handles it took a while to be delivered, and no email to say where they were or why a delay. I had considered ordering 5 more but ill probably look to order same handle from different supplier now. Product and wrapping was very good quality

23 December 2011 <br/>Great customer service I paid ¡ê6.50 for express delivery and unfortunately the wrong order was delivered. But that very same day a new mug was made and dispatched in less than 2 hours, my delivery charge was refunded and I received a great quality photomug the very next day. so despite the error, the way it was handled was fantastic and I was so happy to receive this great gift in time to give it for Xmas.

Free delivery and in time for the birthday!I ordered the boots on a Saturday - they were sent free to my nephew, whose birthday was on the following Wednesday, and they arrived on cue, much to his (and my) delight.
