Boots ordered actually not availableI felt a bit cheated as ordered boots then got an apologetic email saying actually we don't have these in your size like you've paid for, you can have red in your size. I had wanted black, ordered black but needed the wellies that wknd so settled for the red. However I received them and they weren't what I wanted in real life, especially being as I ordered black and I then had to pay ¡ê3.99 to return them which I did find unfair as I was talked into the red as it was after being allowed to order something I was then told I could not have. Not the best experience and then I didn't have the wellies for that wknd away.

Seamless ordering and prompt delivery - love my shoes.This is the second time I have bought shoes (one pair for me and one for my friend) on line for my dancing. I also ordered accessories. The order confirmation came immediately via email and the shoes were delivered 2 or 3 weeks later. My only suggestion is to give an estimated day of delivery (or a tracking facility) so that one knows whether the shoes are on their way or whether it is time to make inquiries.In Australia we pay much more for your shoes (due to importation costs I suppose) so I have been telling all my friends at dancing about your fast and easy service.Have a happy Chriatmas.
