However, the customer service was excellent and I received another one free of charge the next day. The service was extremely efficient, the ordering process simple to use and the T-shirt quality excellent. Quick delivery but not as quick as promised!Next Day Delivery doesn't seem to mean next day delivery. I got the parcel the day after the day after I'd ordered. Otherwise excellent service all round.

16 November 2011 <br/>Excellent service, great products, well priced From the moment I contacted Kituout, nothing was too much trouble for them. I'm based in France so everything was done on the phone & via emails an they were reactive, helpful with a great after sales service. The products are great (embroidered tshirts & bannerstands) and were well priced. I would thoroughly recommend them and will happily use them again in the future.
