Shoe is not in stockLast time I had order 3 pairs of shoes from Denmark but I received only 2 pairs of shoes because 1 pairs of shoe was not in stock.Ofcause I will get refund. I have to ask for discound for my next order and Shoetique give 10% discound. But I do not happy for that.I would like to get free delivery for my next order too because last time I had order 3 pairs of shoes then the third one got free delivery.My order reference: WEB66905

Good Price, Good Service, Poor DeliveryI was waiting for 2 weeks for my order to arrive because City Link were unable to find my address. I don't understand why they ask for our phone number if they have know intention in using it to call when they can't find an address. When the order was finally delivered it was only because the City Link driver had the common sense to ring the number provided.

Staff could be more helpful in replying to emailed questionsThe dress I ordered arrived neatly packaged and in wonderful condition. The transaction was as smooth as butter. BUT, before I ordered the dress, I contacted Jules B via email concerning two sizes of the dress. No response. I waited and waited.
