18 October 2012 A great internet shopping experience! Ordered 6 porcelain handles through Chris Painter online. Very efficient and friendly. Unfortunately I didnt like them when they came (nothing wrong with them) so sent them back. A refund was not a problem, dealt with by Chris again so re-ordered and the new ones were gorgeous, and cheaper! Overall a great internet shopping experience - would definitely recommend this site!

01 July 2012 Excellent customer service Having made an online order, I then saw a product on the website I preferred to the ones I had ordered. I telephoned the company who were very helpful, they helped with my change of order & I received my goods the following day. I then proceeded to make a second order which again arrived the next day. You can't beat that!
