19 July 2012 Poor experience I ordered items the website implied that the normal service for in stock items was dispatch that day or the next, when neither happened I chased and my order was still in process and then the earliest delivery was the following week. i was told to ring to cancel order but the phone is consistently busy. Very disappointing
