Good price and good product, but delivery.......I placed my order and paid straight away using PayPal. Got an order acknowledgement saying "due to Sale Launch your order may take 2 - 3 days to be delivered" I also got several emails chasing me to provide account details.Then nothing. After six days, I sent an email asking when my shoes would be despatched, as no activity showing on the account that I had been encouraged to open. No reply.Fearing I would not receive them in time for my holiday, I phoned and was told that there was a delay due to the success of the sale. Helpful, knowledgeable staff memberI contacted Easy Wellies to enquire about sizing and it was very refreshing to speak to someone who knew about the products she was selling and the companies involved.I was given accurate advise which resulted in a correct sized product. Delivery was also very good - i was given a time slot on the morning of delivery and the package arrived promptly, within the allotted slot.A very good on-line shopping experience.
