Simply the best delivery I have experienced!I ordered my wellies at 4pm, and I had an email within the hour saying that they had been despatched and that they would be arriving the next day. This in itself is brilliant, but I then received a text to say the hour that they would be arriving with the option to change my delivery day. Why can't other online companies follow your lead. Right package, wrong productA poor experience as i received the wrong product so now have to go through the hassle of sending incorrect product back and waiting for correct product to be re-sent. There were clear instructions of what to do in this situation so i give Barringtons credit for that.
