When is leather not leather?!Saw great priced boots described as 'Leather upper' on website. Brilliant next day fast delivery, but 100% synthetic, so pointed this out and sent back as overpriced for 'synthetic' item. The web description miraculously then changed overnight! Can't fault staff, but dodgy trade descriptions.

Service great but shoe dissappointing I thought that the new fitflopp shoe would be really comfortable but after one wearing it seemed to get loose and the fit wasn't good and is too slack. As I had worn it outside and put out the packaging I didn't feel I could send it back. ¡ê80 down the drain. Sorry! Alex Gilmartin

Excellent ServiceThe speed of service is outstanding, but on this occasion the purchase only lasted about 3 weeks before the plimsolls split. The previous pair were fine though. Must have just been a bad pair.

14 August 2012 Smart looking handles - efficient customer care - easy website to use. Service was good and handles delivered on time. Good looking quality product but service could have been improved if a template had been provided for hole positioning or informed us if one could have been purchased. There were a number of handles that the screws would not fit and these had to be re-tapped. However their appearance on the cabinets look smart.
