Great Clogs but too small for me.Clogs arrived very quickly and were well made and looked super. Problem was the size. They were supposedly a mens 12, but were more like an 11 as my heels were right on the back edge. Asked for a bigger size but they do not do it bigger. Had to get my money back. Gutted, as needed them for holiday!!!

---Great Customer Service SkillsI ordered Havianas which were the wrong size unfortunatley, I sent an email enquiring what to do with these and how to get replacements. I then decided to call as I assumed it would take days to reply via email. I spoke to a guy who was really helpfull, he went through the sizing as Havianas all vary slightly and it's hard to tell what size you need. We went and measured the length of the flip flop I wanted to confirm the size I needed. Once I had this sorted I got an email from another person replying to my original email within 1-2 hours which was really fast.I placed the order on the free shipping option for 5 days and it arrived in 2 working days! which is faster than the next day service I originaly used through amazon that took 3-4 working days. amazing serviceAlso the flip flops I got were great
