Goods not depatched, no reply to email, no refund.Email received falsely claiming goods (Nike trainers) had been despatched - but Royal Mail reference showed that they had not been despatched.Note: Email said they HAD been despatched, not would be despatched.Email (sent 1st May) requesting info on when despatch will happen not replied to.Order was ostensibly despatched on 18th April - it's now 6th May and no information

15 July 2012 Caught my error and corrected it with a call! All the items were high quality with fast service. The best bit was receiving a call questioning one item on my order which appeared incorrect , it was so it was corrected. Great service.
