Outstanding quality, service and deliveryI have bought several times shoes from Supadance for my wife and me via the internet. Only one time I have reported a very small esthetic issue (easily removable spots of remaining glue, which I did) towards Supadance. Their responce was to ship back the shoes and I was promised a new pair in return.The easiness of the online shop, the fast shipments (orderd on tuesdayevening and thursdayafternoon delivered) is outstanding.Overall a real recommendation for dancers.

AAAARRGGHH!!! No reserve and collect.The general look and navigation of the site is good.The ability to filter and sort the products displayed is useful.The big bug bearer fir me us that you cannot browse onthe site to select what you want, and when you have foundthe right product you cannot reserve it at the store to collect.The only option is for delivery at a cost, and as I live relativelyclose I would prefer to collect, but when there is limitedstock the assurance of a reservation would be better.

Very poor returns policy!!!!I am sorry my review couldn't be a more positive one but due to the poor returns policy i have had no choice. If i had known i was going to have to pay to return items as well as ¡ê4.99 to deliver my item i certainly would not have ordered from you. 10 April 2012 <br/>Surprisingly Excellent Quality for Price - Will Definitely Use Again! I bought a custom made baby grow and when I received it, it surpassed my expectations. The cotton was soft, fairtrade and free from harsh chemicals. The writing was supreme quality (not the cheap crap that falls off after a few washes) I will definitely be using again and again!!
