23 December 2011 <br/>Excellent customer service The t-shirt I ordered never arrived (presumably due to the snow). I contacted the company a few days before xmas to inform them and another one was sent straight out to me by recorded delivery, it arrived the next day. How refreshing to deal with a company who are so polite and willing to help in what must be such a busy time of year.

A pleasure to buy from.Good information about the product on the website and easy to order. Really good communication by email regarding order received and delivery details. Easy Wellies delivery system puts other companies to shame. I ordered in the afternoon and received my boots the next morning - see, it can be done.

15 February 2012 <br/> 10 out of 10 Absolutely amazing service! Always fast delivery and great communication. I have only had to chase an order once (over the xmas period with expected delays) and they resent it in an instant to the USA where it arrived within a week. I will always use them and always recommend them to people. Their prices are very very reasonable. If you haven't used them already give them a go!
