Efficient!!! Love the shoes - fit is great. Delivery exactly as advertised! Royal Mail (love them - they're local!) What I wanted (fitflop due black leather 8) was in stock, fits beautifully, and were on my feet exactly when I expected. What's not to love? Will be ordering a second pair from the same place, so I don't run them into the ground. Now, patent? Or leather again..... Hmmm..... Fitflops are so good for my feet!

---Great Customer Service SkillsI ordered Havianas which were the wrong size unfortunatley, I sent an email enquiring what to do with these and how to get replacements. I then decided to call as I assumed it would take days to reply via email. I spoke to a guy who was really helpfull, he went through the sizing as Havianas all vary slightly and it's hard to tell what size you need. We went and measured the length of the flip flop I wanted to confirm the size I needed. Once I had this sorted I got an email from another person replying to my original email within 1-2 hours which was really fast.I placed the order on the free shipping option for 5 days and it arrived in 2 working days! which is faster than the next day service I originaly used through amazon that took 3-4 working days. amazing serviceAlso the flip flops I got were great

Very good shoes and very well serviceSupadance is a famous brand and when I began to dance, I became their customer. Nearly 30 years, I compared it with other ballroom dance shoes and come to the conclusion that Supadance is the best ballroom dance shoes because it fit our foot very well, and when I dancing, I could felt powerful force come from my shoes and help me become more beautiful. Excellent Yes was very happy had a problem with one pair of shoes , that I bought , I was given a full refund instantly and did not have to pay a penny to return the goods as they paid the postage. I would be more than happy to purchase again from them , excellent service . Thank you
