Exceptional service i bought fitflops. they arrived 2 days later as planned. i was surprised i received a text message from royal mail to inform me that my item was on its way at 7 that morning and then a following text to confirm the delivery at 9.30 . this was very convenient. i wish all deliveries were like this. thank you. i will use Shoetique again very soon. 23 June 2012 Arrived without screws The handles I ordered arrived without screws, though when requested they did send them separately and apologised. It would have been useful to have a picture of the back of the handles, as the way they attach is not standard and actually quite fiddly, so much so that I wold not have bought them if I knew that.

Easy SpeedyWasn't sure which type of wellie to go for, so emailed for some advice, James at Easy wellies got back to me within the hour, with a very knowledgable and helpful opinion, which helped me make my mind up.I ordered my wellies there and then, the buying process was easy to use and quick.I then recieved emails to say my order had been recieved, when they were shipped and a time within the hour when they were to arrive, from ordering to the knock at the door was 2 days. Very happy with the way the website was set out, good description of the wellies and easy to navigate. Very satisfied with my experience of buying and the delivery was swift.Would use again and recommend to others.
