Fast, personal service.I received a phone call soon after ordereing to say the boots I had ordered were going to be delayed and would not arrive before Christmas. They helped me choose an alternative, which was actually better than my original order. The only problem was that UPS who were delivering took two extra days to find my address before finally arriving on Christmas Eve!
