Dancing on air - FABULOUS Fitflop trainers & superb service!Bought 3 pairs of Fitflop trainers, one in each available colour, and found them blissful from the first moment of wear - unbelievable! After 24 hours of continuous wear I ordered a further 2 pairs for my mother, who finds shoes painful since breaking her ankle 3 years ago: she is equally impressed. Excellent knowledgeable advice and kept informed.The web site offered a wide selection of boots and they were well described with photos from various angles. Prices were competitive and I benefitted from a pre Christmas sale. When phoning I was impressed by the salesman's knowledge of the products and the courteous assistance offered. Buying wellingtons on line can be difficult since you cannot try them on but I was sent two sizes and able to compare them before returning the pair I didn't want.The courier service was second to none - next day delivery and informed on the day of an hour time slot. I was also kept well informed by email of the status of my order. This was my first transaction with easy wellies but I am sure it will not be my last.

If only all companies treated you this wayAs someone who buys 95% of goods online now I have experienced the good the bad and the ugly of company service. Jules B have broken the negative mold and then some.From ordering to delivery they kept me informed and ensured I knew when the item was safelThey use Royal Mail, now I know better than anyone that there is no such thing as a perfect delivery firm but the beauty of RM is that their sorting offices are local to most people whereas some of these smaller, cheaper firms can be 25+ miles away meaninI would happily recommend Jules B to my friends and colleagues and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
