Lovely item, presented nicely in box.Not happy with the 7 day returns policy, as this was a xmas present, and had to makw sure it did fit my partner. Therefore, his surprise has been spoilt!

Satisfactory outcomeOrder delivered quickly, but discovered a sale sticker on sole of one of the boots showing a cheaper price than the one paid. After a telephone conversation it was agreed I would be refunded the difference.
