Not satisfiedI still havent received my refund for my shoes it has been now almost 3months. Contacting the customer services was a huge mistake, conversation turned into an argument at one point i was called stupid by the lovely customer services assistant.

DisappointingI bought 3 gift vouchers - I liked the idea of the 'coin' but was very disappointed with their condition - in fact I do not feel I can give them as presents as they are all very shoddy and worn - it would look second rate and cheap.

Last minute Christmas order saved the day.A last minute request for a particular Barbour jacket for Christmas caused considerable stress - that style, colour and size was sold out everywhere. Luckily, Jules B had one in stock. It was dispatched very promptly and delivered within an hour time slotI was delighted with the service and will definitely use them again,(and it was ¡ê1.00 cheaper than John Lewis with free delivery thrown in!)

If you want a pair of footwear quickly order them from ShoetiqueI ordered a pair of ankle boots at 2.30 on Friday 12th Octthey were delivered on Saturday 8.30 13th Oct I had no postage to payexcellent service its the 1st time I have purchased from shoetique but it definitely will not be the lastThe Boots fitted great I phoned my order through as I had a few questions to ask & the lady I spoke to was so helpful & polite
