One very happy customerI have always been concerned when using a new site ro buy things but I couldn't be happier. I was able to use paypal so felt secure. I ordered hunter wellies with defects however I cannot find any faults. I opted for free delivery which only took 3 days and I was informed every day of the progress every day.

As promisedI ordered the wrong size not knowing that my item would be a little tight made, but this was quickly sent back and a replacement was sent out immediately to replace my item. So overall well done and keep up the good work.

Exceptional service i bought fitflops. they arrived 2 days later as planned. i was surprised i received a text message from royal mail to inform me that my item was on its way at 7 that morning and then a following text to confirm the delivery at 9.30 . this was very convenient. i wish all deliveries were like this. thank you. i will use Shoetique again very soon. Simply great service - what else do you want?Not much else to say. The website is easy to work, the available stock feature is very useful (and very frustrating on other sites where you only find out at the checkout). I can read the prices ;-) and they're fair. Hockey stick hits the mark!The stick arrived and was well received. It looked exactly the same as the picture (which is always a relief) and has been used with great excitement. It even scored it's first goal on Sunday!
