---Great Customer Service SkillsI ordered Havianas which were the wrong size unfortunatley, I sent an email enquiring what to do with these and how to get replacements. I then decided to call as I assumed it would take days to reply via email. I spoke to a guy who was really helpfull, he went through the sizing as Havianas all vary slightly and it's hard to tell what size you need. We went and measured the length of the flip flop I wanted to confirm the size I needed. Once I had this sorted I got an email from another person replying to my original email within 1-2 hours which was really fast.I placed the order on the free shipping option for 5 days and it arrived in 2 working days! which is faster than the next day service I originaly used through amazon that took 3-4 working days. amazing serviceAlso the flip flops I got were great

25 September 2012 I got what I wated for what wanted when I wanted it! Shopped around alot for my door handles, locks, latch's& hinges for over a month. Someone then reccomended handle4doors and wow! They had a good range, very well priced and the qaulity of there products were way better than I exspected, considering the price. The order was processed and delivered within three days and evrything I ordered turned up and in one piece. I did call them for advise and recieved good sound advise from someone who seemed to know what they were talking about, they were friendly and and did not talk down to me. WELL DONE, GOOD SERVICE!

Have to Protected the product of customerThe frist thing so I am customer alway if you are watched the record for me but this time I loose my shoes that you was delivered to me so I don't understand why your don't protect your package . I means when your delivery to customer you should have to limit to order such as me I order over ¡ê70 why you don't have to protected the product to customer for make sure that customers will recive it.anyway you should have to garuntree the customer so have to sign for customer recieved it. I am vey appreciate that you are deliver to quick but not garuntree for the customers can recive or not.
