---Very disappointing!I ordered a North Face parka and received an email confirming that it had been dispatched, so far so good. It then came to the delivery day and nothing arrived so I telephoned Gearzone to find out where it had got to. I was informed that there had been an error on the labelling of their garments and that they didn't actually have this particular coat in stock and that the email had been sent in error. Although apologies were made I was told that it would take a further 10 days to receive the parka. I was stongly reminded that I could cancel the order at any time, I can only assume that it would have cost them money as they were having to get the coat from TNF. I decided that I was not happy with waiting that length of time and cancelled the order and have since managed to purchse the parka from a different retailer without any problems or delays. I was refunded very quickly but that is the only good thing I can say about them. I won't be looking at their website again.
