---Very disappointing!I ordered a North Face parka and received an email confirming that it had been dispatched, so far so good. It then came to the delivery day and nothing arrived so I telephoned Gearzone to find out where it had got to. I was informed that there had been an error on the labelling of their garments and that they didn't actually have this particular coat in stock and that the email had been sent in error. Although apologies were made I was told that it would take a further 10 days to receive the parka. I was stongly reminded that I could cancel the order at any time, I can only assume that it would have cost them money as they were having to get the coat from TNF. I decided that I was not happy with waiting that length of time and cancelled the order and have since managed to purchse the parka from a different retailer without any problems or delays. I was refunded very quickly but that is the only good thing I can say about them. I won't be looking at their website

24 January 2012 <br/><br/> Great service, easy website, perfect items We ordered t-shirts for our company incentive trip and it was a perfect tool to use! The images uploaded easily and quickly, the online editing tool meant I could put the images exactly where I wanted and resize them instantly and we could see how the t-shirts would look before ordering them. Also, very reasonably priced and the print was fantastic quality! Would use Indigo2Go again and recommend to anyone who asks!
