23 December 2011 I bought door handles. They are really good, unfortunately the screws are not. They are impossible to... screw and I had to buy proper ones from a DYI shop Dor handles were affordable and they look good. They are good quality too. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Delivery was prompt. However, I was disappointed by the screws that came with the handles. They were too "soft" and the line in the middle of the head was not deep enough, making it impossible to screw them. I had to supply proper brass screws from the local DYI shop.

As it should be!Everything was on time and excellent! Just a minor thing, would be nice to have a shipment confirmation email.Nevertheless when I asked about shipment they answered fast and in detail.
