15 October 2012 <br/>As expected! I ordered the same tops as three years ago, because they had faded in that time from constant washing, they are used only for work and are put to all extremes! yet not lost shape or come un stitched, thats why i chose the same again as to not be let down. Very professional service, polite and friendly, thank you so much.

Customer service from management very goodAfter an unsatisfactory response to an incorrect description on the website leading to my purchase, I was called within minutes of feeding back and this was late in the evening. The Director pursued his desire to talk to me and rectified any issues with an element of goodwill.I have always been impressed with Barringtons and hope that I never need to speak to the Director again under these circumstances. State of the art e-commerce, and customer service to matchA great company to deal with, both online and by phone. They are everything an online retailer should be. What a shame I had to return the wellies as the fit was not right, but it gave me an opportunity to test their returns system, which also worked well.
