Customer service from management very goodAfter an unsatisfactory response to an incorrect description on the website leading to my purchase, I was called within minutes of feeding back and this was late in the evening. The Director pursued his desire to talk to me and rectified any issues with an element of goodwill.I have always been impressed with Barringtons and hope that I never need to speak to the Director again under these circumstances. Strap not long enoughDespite the shoes being identical to my normal practice pair, the strap wasn't long enough for the buckle to reach. I ended up having to take them into the shop in Buckhurst Hill for them to punch new holes at the end, in order for them to fit.
