Helpful, knowledgeable staff memberI contacted Easy Wellies to enquire about sizing and it was very refreshing to speak to someone who knew about the products she was selling and the companies involved.I was given accurate advise which resulted in a correct sized product. Delivery was also very good - i was given a time slot on the morning of delivery and the package arrived promptly, within the allotted slot.A very good on-line shopping experience.

Check the box!Always had great service in past but sent back some shoes for a smaller size and the ones sent were still same size but in the a wrongly marked box, rang to complain-little concern and was told thd boxes aren't checked when sending out! Surely they can be- it would take 30 secs! Cue me making another trip to the PO to return them - my time, my petrol!
