These shoes aren,t made for walking,well not in comfort anyway!I have to say that the service delivery was very good. Unfortunately I found the quality of the Fitflop shoes very poor. These were the third pair purchased thro Shotique and most definitely the last. The quality has become very poor but the price has stayed the same. The insoles of the shoes used to be thick and very comfortable but over the last year they have got thinner and thinner and as such far less comfortable. What a shame they have ruined a good product. Buyers beware don't buy from Shoetique.

Great personal service by phone and very cheap delivery costsI ordered Bogs boots for my son but unfortunatley ordered the wrong pair. Then I ordered the right pair but did not read about getting a size bigger! When I went to re-order in time for Xmas, to my horror they had every other size than the one I needed. This was with less than a week to go!I rang the company and explained my dilemma. No problem to the man I spoke to. They were due to receive a big order from America that day and he took my details and processed the order as promised that evening. The boots arrived within three days to the Isle of Man! Even with returning two pairs, the shipping costs were less than ordereing one pair from originator!! So a happy Xmas for all of us!Well done. Will recommend site to others.
